What happened to Goodwill toward all men? Did it ever really exist? These are the questions that must be asked when you look at the decline of any nation. The true treasure of any country is it’s people. We are the wealth, the intelligence and the moving force that keeps the corporations in business, so why aren’t we seeing any of the benefits? The answer is simple, greed. A vulture will defecate in it’s own nest, and guess where we are in this analogy, it isn’t a hard connection to make.
If we don’t save ourselves, who will? We’ll save one another, and for what my opinion is worth, here’s why. The majority of people realize what’s wrong but feel as if they are helpless to stop the injustices that occur right before their very eyes! Here’s a story that was sent to me by our News Ninja, Gene that’s a prime example of how far down the rabbit hole we’ve fallen, where the innocent is discarded and the abuse of power is a glaring reminder that if we don’t stand together, we’ll be sure to fall apart.
“It’s terrible the amount of crap some parents have to go through when they have a child with disabilities. First we heard about the boy in a wheelchair who was separated from his classroom photo because he couldn’t fit in with the rest of the children. At least that seemed like a genuine accident, albeit kind of thoughtless. Though it wasn’t even the first time something like that happened! But this latest story is just outrageous to the max. An 11-year-old girl was reportedly not let into a museum — because her wheelchair would “dirty” the carpets!”
Is this the kind of world you want to leave for future generations, or does your mark on humanity go unmade? That’s why we’ll stand up for one another, just because it’s the clear and true choice of humanity.
